Trang Seakayaking:
Whimbrels are common on Ko Muk. We frequently see them perched
in the mangrove trees. Their high-pitched trilling call
is unmistakable. That long bill is utilized to poke deep
into the mangrove mudflats for tasty little crustaceans and other
yummy tidbits. |
